I can test the user agents and add them to the DDR. I can also maintain the the 
pattern matching apis (java).

I was hoping someone could help out building said website. I frameworked out a 
barebone java project to build the website on. Just never go further than 
that... I know there was a few volenteers to do that. I just wanted an extra 
set of hands to build the website. I can definitely help out. I just dont want 
this to be a solo effort on my part.

Ok, I see, and yes that's what I was asking for.

Who among our committers would be using such a website to actually
test devices and submit missing ones?

Who would be willing to look at incoming missing User-Agents to
enhance DeviceMap's database?

I'm asking so as to gauge interest and try to find out if the project
becomes viable with that.
