You referred to the getAPIVersion() and getDataVersion() of the W3C
standard, which have no relevance to a "response", they just belong to the
Service.

Again, except for PMC or other observers including Bertrand who may enjoy
the threads here, it seems better you or others prepare something in a Wiki
and we can look at one piece of proposed sample code and data structure
instead of discussing small bits outside their context[?]
