Cool. So should the e-smith-userpanel-vacation package once
you've installed the updated e-smith-userpanel rpm.

In e-smith 4.1.2 part of the templates for /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
and /etc/httpd/admin-conf/httpd.conf scanned through the /etc/e-
smith/web/panels/ folder and created the appropriate
Alias/ScriptAlias and Directory entries for you.
SME V5 doesn't do this. It has manual entries for the e-smith-
manager, e-smith-password and their new incarnations.

RPM would have warned you about any dependancies, so no you
didn't miss any.
Try this one:
ftp://ftp.e-smith.org/pub/e-smith/contrib/DanielvanRaay/RPMS/noarch/e-smith-userpanel-0.1-3.noarch.rpm
You should then be able to access the e-smith-user panel from any
of these:
http://192.168.xxx.yyy/e-smith-user/
https://192.168.xxx.yyy/e-smith-user/
http://192.168.xxx.yyy:980/e-smith-user/
https://192.168.xxx.yyy:981/e-smith-user/
