Try just putting this into a template file called something like
80Aliases05Amphora (in/etc/e-smith/templates/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf/)
<VirtualHost _default_:443>
        Include /home/amphora2/amphora2.0.httpd.conf
</VirtualHost>

You might have to replace _default_ with a real IP, not sure.

Probably web-mail, but I don't know.

Can someone comment on the right place for these apps.
I am currently using /home/httpd/html/twiki for the TWiki contrib I'm working
on, but I worry about what happens if someone creates a ibay called twiki.

Also, If someone knows the right magic Redirect or Alias commands to make
http://www.yourdomain.com/twiki point to /home/httpd/html/twiki/bin/view
(where the configuration is a long way down, like 85TWikiAccess), I'd be most
grateful.
