Hi Gordon Actually we are not getting results that it should be.
I don't know if you have looked at our contrib to this but I have that on some server (not 5.5) it doesn't work? And outbound mail triggers the connection? I have been in contact with another local SME user and they pointed me to the qmail-hold patch. Will gather more solid evidence about this....
