Filtering really isn't good enough. Though the message never gets
through you can still do a DOS attack. Why not run the key through
some sort of random number generator that can be guaranteed not to
have collisions or something and send the data to keys created from
that RNG? You can reseed the RNG periodicly to reduce collisions.
