At least for me... When I start fred, I've got about 60 valid references in noderefs.txt. As it runs, nodestatus keeps showing less and less node references. Eventually it gets to the point that every request hits a RNF due to the dearth of routing information, and I restart it again.
If every node on the planet is hitting the same 30-60 nodes, that may have something to do with the overload we're seeing.
