I am sure it does, however asking someone to visit a website probably 
discourages about 90% of our potential users.

I think snapshots is the right place, since that is where all of the 
other downloadable files go.

Just checking, but have we moved away from using those dialog boxes to 
prompt the user for information?  We really should try to stick with the 
standard Wizard paradigm for getting input from the user (ie. radio 
buttons).
