Updated webinstaller with: Customised panel bitmap (currently using the default but with the hops logo) Installs JRE from freenetproject.org/snapshots/jre-win32-latest.exe (only if it is needed) More extensive error checking and handling Also simplified install script (was beginning to turn into a maintenance nightmare)
