Yeah my bad. In my last patch I also meant to make the "Request Freesite by 
URI" and "Insert file by URI" visable only in expert mode. But I forgot to 
include it. If someone wants to just go ahead and do that, making another 
diff just for that seems like a waste of time. 

Also what exactly is the altDbrUrl. (If is the same as today's edition, and 
the URL bar says the same thing ...) could we make this an auto redirect, and 
then if that fails ask the user about fetching the previous edition.
