Insert, I can understand. But request? Why? What if I want to tell a freenet 
newbie a key?

The altDbrUrl is the hardcoded date: [EMAIL PROTECTED]/date-name. It works in any 
Freenet client, not just fproxy, but won't be recognized as a DBR site 
(unless the client is really smart).
