Is there a way to fix this? However I am beginning to suspect, biased on what I'm seeing here that my cable company may be running a packet shaper to slow the connection of computers that are connecting to lots of others. I have just recently set my total connections back down to 50 and my network access is much faster. However my CPU useage is still very high. > Are negotiations throttled?
