Don't need anything to do with a real already existing bank. Just set up a 
company in the Caymans (if they indeed don't have laws to curb things like 
money laundering, which I doubt), and use that instead.

Unfortunately, due to legalities of "dissapearing" money, this is unlikely to 
fly.
