The original idea was that the idea of a stream faster than
16kbps (which fits nicely into a 32kbyte key/part, and hence
not needing redirects) was unrealistic anyhow.  Yes, I do freely
admit that this was perhaps short sighted.

What I initially wanted to do, was include the next key's
manifest in the current key, however this leaves *no* room
for easy seeking, and makes recovery from missing a stream 
part much more difficult.  But, perhaps it would 
nonetheless be better, i don't know.
