Just because it is in your datastore does not mean that anyone will be able to find it. The ONLY way to ensure that something remains fetchable is to create demand for it. Fetch the data with skip datastore enabled, every 24 hours or so, from a node other than the one you insert on - or even better, fetch it through some public gateways, or go on IIP and ask people to fetch it, or automate that system, etc. Then it will be findable by Freenet's routing, hopefully.
