I too get many of them with 6221.

And these also occur very often with 6221.
With 6221 both of this errors start after about 1 hour and 2 or 3 hours later the node totally stops transfering data to other nodes and is query rejecting all of the time.
So I had to switched it back to 6215, I know of the bug fix related to inserts with 6221 but what does it help when the node goes mad after 1 hour and totally stops working after 3 hours. Would it be possible to offer a bugfixed 6215 until the issues with 622x are solved?
