Better: SSK@<pubkey hash>,<entropy>/<filename>@<hashcash>
( would have to figure out what to do with compound URIs... )
Or: SSK@<pk hash>,<entropy>/<filename>?hashcash=<hashcash>
( can't handle compound URIs... )
