wrong... speaking personally, at start I belive that was some kind of indication on how good node is working. Think of this: "ohh, performance it's still under 100%, my node is still working not that good... I hope it will reach 100% as soon as possible so I can navigate faster!". Link to Frost and Fuqid and all other needed tools we daily use but that for a beginners could take out hours only to become aware of their existance: that because "freenet help" links are often not reachable these days and how is presumed a beginner can help himself out of Fproxy without help?
