Hmmmm. That's messed up, man. The same thing happens to me. I get somewhere between 60-75% more bytes actually transmitted (according to Windows Task Manager) than reportedly transmitted (according to ocm). (Like you, I'm not running anything else that could account for that difference.)

Ya, question is: is it 50% or 80% or what? If outputBytes/hour is wrong then anything else could be wrong too.
