Please could I have some more stats: outputBytesAttemptedTrailing versus outputBytes
Hour averages are preferred. Most nodes QueryReject a LOT, and most of those seem to be because of bandwidth usage. If as is suspected, outputBytesAttemptedTrailing is only a small part of outputBytes, the solution is to implement a binary presentation for messages to reduce the bandwidth used by e.g. QueryRejected messages.
