That would be one possible solution, yes. On my system,
chk-${port}.{cache,store} are also quite big and in could move them and
put a symlink there. But i think changing the config and moving the data
would be much cleaner and i'd prefer that.
BTW, is it possible to provide a config with only these paths given
befor the first tart of freenet? Would freenet then use these dirs and
add the other config options? That would be nice, since we could provide
some default dirs then.
