That sounds like a lot to do! I hope it goes well - please let me know
if I can help. If history is any indication, merging code in will be
difficult, so hopefully it's possible to plan with that in mind.

Do you plan to post regular status reports? It seems like it would be
good to keep the community informed about what you're up to.
