Please test snapshot 13. This should fix the CHK incompatibility bug
(yes, really! I tested it!), inserts with compatibility mode COMPAT_1416
by default, is forward compatible with future minor compatibility mode
changes, and has some minor refactoring (so downloads may restart and
uploads may be lost).
