The poll algorithm does *not* work like that. The stage we are at is *not* the last one. There will be one more stage (of 1 week as well). The last stage will be to have another vote about estimated cost of development. I.e. in this stage now, we vote for how valuable / important / useful the tasks are. In the next stage, we will vote on how much money everyone estimates their development to consume. The decision on what to do first will then be made as: Divide average task value by average estimated cost. Sort by the result. Do the thing with the highest value/cost first. So we would first to the things which have the "most bang for the buck", i.e. highest value per cost.
