Not really. As long as the keys are hashed and therefore evenly distributed,
they will have little effect on the topology of the network, which is is what
Serapis simulates. 

The only part of this that I think Serapis might be useful for testing is to
see the effects of only half the nodes enforcing the rules or something like
that.
