It requires the FBI to be competent?

That's actually a half-serious answer, in that the attack you outline
would in fact work, but it would require the creation of sophisticated
software, and it would require that the scheme be explained to a jury.
No, Freenet is not iron-clad.  It's just confusing enough the make the
potential censor's job very difficult.
