This is a totally lame arguement. It's normal URI syntax. You can quote it
if you're using a UNIX shell. We shouldn't determine our URI syntax by
what the UNIX shell consider special characters. I get things using wget
that have ? in the all the time.

We shouldn't determine something as
fundamental the URI syntax for Freenet because it inconvenieces an
existing piece of software. I assure you that I will fix FProxy so that it
can take HTL parameters.
