Well, the difference to the way Freenet currently works is that with your
scheme, investigators have more clues as to where the data in a datastore
came from. If it's in the insertion part, they might be able to track down
the source.

They might as well not because if they only have one node under their
control, they have a very limited horizon of a few nodes they know something
about. That's probably not enough to draw any conclusions (let alone proofs)
about the origin of a certain file.
