Looking good so-far!  A couple of initial comments:
 - The banner across the top takes up quite a lot of screen real-estate.  
   Could it be made smaller?

Definitely, I think you are making good progress in this direction.

Yup.  Think in-terms of the different types of users we are likely to 
get.  There are:

explorers: People who are just visiting, perhaps expecting 
something like Napster.

academics: People interested in learning about the theory behind 
Freenet, perhaps reading the philosophy and papers
downloaders: People who just want to download Freenet and get it running 
ASAP
users: People who have got it running, but want help or more information
developers: Us

Perhaps a support forum, but lets keep development conversation on this
list, it is already fragmented enough between here and the irc channel.

This looks ok, we just need to make sure that each of the different 
visitor-types can be satisfied quickly and easily.
