I give this a strong thumbs down.  The thing is that this sacrifices
deniability et al, because the argument can now be made that you can
censor your own datastore, so you are responsible for anything in it
that you DON'T censor.  Yes, legalism doesn't mean much, but still, I
think that we gain nothing from this and that this practically hurts
Freenet a lot.
