My my my, isn't this thread an inexhaustible source of bad ideas.

Am I the only one who has these preposterous court arguments
shredding up my brains? Like this one:

        (The HIPPIE enters the JUDGE's office, sandals slapping his
        bare feet and beads jangling on his hemp necklace. He takes
        a seat before the JUDGE and throws his greasy, tangled hair
        back away from his eyes.)

        JUDGE:          Why are you asking me to dismiss this
                        lawsuit?

        HIPPIE:         Because I chose to use software designed to
                        conceal the fact that I was distributing
                        morally reprehensible child pornography, and
                        to create the illusion that it could not be
                        easily deleted.

        (The JUDGE whacks the HIPPIE with his gavel.)
