At least most of FIW code was not made up on that spec, but by
inspecting real metadata - it usually looked different.

Good.

yep. Dunno what your opinion towards voodoo is, but that word seemed to
make clear that this solutions has too less effect for being practical.

And how is it with usual files? From your answer I guess that it's still
necessary, so I have tocrawl through my code and hand through a flag if
that FileSection is a whole file or a split part.

Okay, then use the heuristic approach in the other thread.

Thanks.

Yep, I can accept that - although somehow I thought at a specific site
that if you create freesites, it's from you. But I won't ask you for it,
of course.

nearly the same with me. I have latest Wookie-edition of FMB and one of
the Sandworm-frosts here on my hd, but both only used once.

are too lazy for looking for an alternative.

right, for mailing there is a good solution, but only providing an
anonymous website can be quite difficult. Yes, I heard from one that did
it (created the account by mail and then used mail2ftp for upping the
files), but it was not easy at all.

Freeweb - only supports DBR sites.

what else?

last time i tried i could not specify the default file in the manifest
and one RNF caused it to stop inserting all files. But that was
sometimes in Freenet 0.4 times - so it might have changed.

okay, don't shoot him. ;-)

No opinion?

btw who is responsible for the windows tools?

mihi, going to bed now (10:30 pm)
