If the file is not split, there is no need. in the other case it is
possible if you know the encrption key of the splitfile metadata (the
part after the , in the CHK)

So usually if you have one chunk, you cannot say which file it belongs
to. You cannot even decrypt it. If you have a CHK@, you can say which
parts belong to it, but not the other way round.

dest node pulls splitfile metadata - finds lotsa chks in it.
dest node pulls those chks (first part to find, second one to decrypt)
and puts them together.
