Oh yes there is!

In general I would like to allow my node to let the keys do hara-kiri.
But I only want that e.g. Freenet-Radio(TM)-keys are deleted prematurely.
The "normal" Freenet content should not be deleted prematurely _despite_
what the content author decided!
