Different things are illegal in different countries - I don't want Freenet
to be US (or EU) centric in this regard.  I think we can all agree that
adult material is a special case due to its potential to offend.  What
would you rather your mother see - "Hitler's Kids" or "Freenet Movies",
after all, both contain illegal content.

The policy is to make a recommendation.  Not every request must be
backed up by a threat.
