Making fixed 0.5 wininstallers available is a precondition for a slashdot-baiting attempt or similar manoeuver, particularly the Java bundled one. The current SVN still needed a minor update to reflect the new seednodes.ref.zip filename and file location (downloads.freenetproject.org) last time I checked, other than that it should be good enough for the time being.
