I like the second one, but both look a bit unprofessional (like something I?d do? :) ): the colors don?t fit together and the background seems a bit flat (but on white background the background could be better). Otherwise I like the idea: It?s a lot more obvious than the current one (because of the box metaphor and the rabbit: This is how you get freenet).
