Sadly that can’t buy me the time to learn serious batch scripting (the
kind needed to make it robust in a short amount of time) or to do the
testing. I’d rather see the funds spent on paying someone with existing
skills in batch and windows who can do that an order of magnitude faster
than I could.

However I do plan to get a Windows VM for testing myself whether a
release works, once I get the time for that.
