It seems that the position of the new field `LEADER_EPOCH` is different from that is specified in the KIP-320. And KIP-320 specified `Timestamp` and `LastLeaderEpoch` in OffsetFetchResponse. Can we update the KIP as appropriate and also make the code consistent with schema specification in the KIP?
