*Another idea 2*: how about we add some CSS3 in the 3.0 cycle? :)
We could make it optional in a new css3.css, just like the accessibility
stylesheet, for the ones that want their css valid 2.1 or the ones with old
browsers usage that don't need it.
The main changes for this stylesheet would be support of gradients
(background, menus, buttons) regardless of the used color theme. See:
