I've added a "ColorTheme" type to the extensions page. This can be sorted on
the homepage http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/

I've also added a ColorTheme example: Cracker
http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Cracker+ColorTheme

I'll add more and I hope this is the beginning of a major ColorTheme
collection :P
