It wouldn't make me fill in the form + it's a little long, I would say. Don't get me wrong, I don't want XWiki SAS to stay out of XWiki.org because I am too opensource minded, but I wouldn't want it to be all over it just because we can (it would seem to business driven, I like the current state where we seem to have a personality as an open source project).
