https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/commit/ffd35b596e476b5e09a85f51367d8ee31b8f47a8 is older than 1 week. And it does not even add a new key. Also that key is on l10n, I could easily find it using http://l10n.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/L10N/Search.
What made you think it was not on l10n exactly ?
