I don't know where is the problem during differents synchro process but I see than "xe.blog.code.title" french key missing on Xwiki 6.2.

Translation on github are updated only during release process. What's automatically refreshed is keys on http://l10n.xwki.org coming from the default translation (i.e. what is in https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/master/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-oldcore/src/main/resources/ApplicationResources.properties).
