Looks like reloading http://l10n.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Platform/XWikiCoreResources worked well so I guess that means http://l10n.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Scheduler/L10NUpdater crashed somewhere before refreshing that resource. I added some bulletproofing.
