Hi Caty.

For the iteration 1, the only issue I see is that the "Add" action is
located in the same place than actions related to the current document. I
remember that we have a lot of discussions about this in Flamingo, to
finally decide to put it in the top menu. So maybe we could anticipate this.

For the iteration 2, I like P3 (that you have recommended) and P4 (because
the add action is not located with the actions related to the current doc).

I think T2 is good and I don't think the extensibility is limited. You can
add some scrollbars if a lot of options are shown, which will not be the
case most of the time.

T3 does not present how we create a new Wiki. I don't see it as an
alternative to T1 and T2.

Anyway, I think we are going in the good direction to have a less crowded
UI, and I definitively love it!
