So is this project will contain just Ideas that we can't put somewhere
else?

Since I believe is better to have ideas for Forum Application reported in
the appropriate project (XAFORUM) and not in the generic Ideas project.
And if we will report only core stuff, than I see no improvements from a
project versus an issue type (+ an Other component).

If we know we won't implement them we can close them, although in time we
managed to implement the important things.

For the record the design.xwiki.org app has an Idea status too so already
we are splitting ideas in multiple places.
