Thanks Matthew for your fast response! I belive you understood
what I am trying to do. Having the gateway is not a big problem,
but it keeps sending ICMP redirect messages to the hosts,
probably since it knows that path would be shorter to send the
packets directly. The only problem is the extra traffic from the
ICMP messages and from the fact that every packet across the
logical networks will be sent twice on the same physical network.
I can live with this, but it would of course be nice if I could
avoid it.
