Hi

I need to setup dhcp across my network and I would like your opinions on
using it with the following configuration. I currently use 10 class c's
across 7 locations serving 2000 nodes. They are connected together via
Cisco routers and T1 frame circuits. I have a Digital Alpha 2000 Server
running Digital Unix 4.0d at the center location. I would like to
distribute a private ip network internally and let my Cisco PIX box handle
proxy ip services out to the internet. Is it a better idea to install your
DHCP server on that one Alpha server for the entire network or install a
small Linux server with your DHCP server at each location?

Please advise and thanks in advance.
