You turn to Microsoft. Or you install Linux or one of the Free BSD's
(I'd recommend NetBSD) and use the ISC DHCP server. If somebody else
on the list wants to answer (or has answered) your question, that's
great - I've no objection - but I don't want to have to wrap my brain
around questions like this, and given that you've chosen to use
Microsoft's DHCP server, you really ought not to bother us with the
pain you've bought yourself.
